《The Notebook》
《The Notebook》读后感(二):what is love
this novel remind me the most beautiful and warmest emotion in the world that called love.
our old man is always loving the old woman.
i think what is real love or true love
ot the handsome boy and beautiful girl
or the wealth
that is the common belief
o matter how old you are, how ugly you turn to be
i always love you
you are the most beautiful girl in my mind forever
《The Notebook》读后感(三):岁月留痕——重读《THE NOTEBOOK》
《The Notebook》
《The Notebook》
To date, I have already read three novels by Nicholas: A walk to remember, Dear John, and The Notebook. Actually, the audio of Message in a Bottle has been finished, so I might as well read this book. But that is all I am gonna read. I kind of get fed up with these stories.
icholas's books are love stories, which is a genre I no longer dabble in with
Chinese books. For these stories are easy reads, they are suitable for beginners. Right now I am reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince(827) and Gone with the wind (868), so I need to sandwich something easy and quick to finish. I chose The Notebook three days ago.
Variety is a must, at least for me. That is why I always read several books at the
ame time.Of the three book, I was moved by A walk to remember, but The
otebook, maybe it is a bit sad I find it unrealistic. Maybe I don't like the way he
resent the story.
This story is slightly different from the other two because the protagonists are two
elderly people living in a nursing home. The wife is stricken with Alzheimer's ,
which is a trying disease. The husband, who is 80 or so, tells her of a story, which
is actually about themselves. Thus we readers get the idea of what's going on in
the past.
ut I'm not fully convinced. Come on, a memory of spending a summer together in
their teens and three days together in their 30s, a couple of letters and poems. And if the story is told to the wife, who has no memories. That sextual intercourse part is highly inappropriate, right. So the perspective is a bit confusing
I assume writer's trump in this book is that he wants to accentuate that they weathered through the test of marriage and they have been together for 49 years. But
that was wrapped up in few pages. Then you tell me after spending three years in
the nursing home, they still in deep love with each other, even though she in most
times doesn't recognise him.
I believe in love, ok, but I also believe it is fleeting.
In terms of aging and death, I prefer Tuesdays with Morrie.
《The Notebook》读后感(六):we both know that we are meant to be together
if novels could remind you of such a strong and unavoidable feeling existence between two people, one should look back at his real life and find an answer to that whether it is with himself.
uch a love story, though full of romance and perfectness, idleness, shocks me in a way that i finally made a decision about mine.
true love will be there for you some day as long as you have great patience for that. what if it cost several decades? is it worth a risk? up to you.
《The Notebook》读后感(七):Love
What's a true love? A true love is about find someone who is electric to you, everything she does seems charges you, rather than someone who are good, or will bring you somethings you are not necessary need in your heart. A true lover is the best friend as lover of you, you may not know which side you enjoy the most. Every minutes you spent together will sealed in your memory, and you will think about it, replay it , seeing it again, even run it by in slow motion. The writer showed me a beautiful story, I can feel it deep form my heart. And I am shocked by it, even dream about it.
《The Notebook》
不管什么时候,you mean so much to me as i mean you.Noch,i love you.
《The Notebook》读后感(九):THE NOTEBOOK
Of all Nicolas Sparks' novels I've read till now, this is my favourite. The hero and heroine of this novel are Noah and Allie, the parents of Jane in Nicolas' another famous novel " The Wedding". In" The wedding", I've already learned a little about the love between this old couple, but after reading "The Notebook", I learned much more.
The language in Nicolas' novel is also quite simple as with his other works, easy to understand, and it is just this simple language and simple matters in real life that make us feel deeply the special connection between a couple that truely love each other. While the love of the youth could get very exciting and very much fun, the love between old couples are just so ordinary, as if having faded as time went by and as the wrinkles in their faces got deeper. But it is ordinariness that would last for a lifetime. Can you imagine two lovers could still get back the feelings they had after 14 years during which neither of them got not a slight news from the other, and all they shared was just a summer that they spent together in their teenages 14 years ago?
It was a hard choice for Allie when she finallly had to face Lon, but I was glad and also I was sure that she would make the right decesion. There is not much description about their life in later years together, but we could imagine how beautiful it would be.
《The Notebook》读后感(十):A love letter touching your heart deeply
While, I have to say this is the first English book which I read through. Pretty simple, all of words are familiar and friendly, which it is really a good thing to a English learner who never touched English books before.
The theme is too old, and the plot, too. I doubted 100 times that I knew this story when I was reading it. Finally I got a conclusion that this was really similar with another love story for which I watched the film version before, with the name of <Dear John>. You know what , I searched <Dear John> and found it is another book of Nicolas Sparks! Oh my! I have to say Nicolas had a talent on writing love stories, but the talent is not extended to his capability of creating fascinating plots.
Anyway this is a book which can attract girls' attention and motivate their passion comprehensively. Love letters are here and there, they fill in every coner of the story, and it is hard for you to avoid these lovely words especially when you are imaging a young and strong boy is talking in such a way to you. After I finished this book, I got my favourite paragraph, it is so beautiful that I memorized each word of them so clearly: I love you Allie. I am who I am because of you. You are every reason, every hope, and every dream I've ever had, and no matter what happens to us in the future, every day we are together is the greatest day of my life. I am always yours.
esides, I have to give my respect to Nicolas for his honesty of talking his book as a real commercial. To some extent this story sucks because of worst plot and artificial ups and downs. But Nicolas sai he created such a story because he knew it would be popular. Theme of Love, commitment sticking to the last day of life, “modern” desease of Alzheimer, all of these elements are enough for a tearjerker. Nicolas wrote this book for money, this is not noble. But he admited he wrote for money, this is at least venerable. I like him.
