客户抛出目标价格如何应对?-外贸术语

  老师,客户那边加了订单数量,想要一个低于成本的价格,但是由于通货膨胀,原材料增长, 没办法给到更低的价格,请问有没有什么回复的模板?谢谢

  当客户抛出目标价的时候我们要将客户的注意力进行转移,不要扯在价格上:

  Dear Xxx,

  Thank you very much for your kind reply and the quantity increasing in the order.

  The best price I can offer to you is $xxx/pc based on xxxpcs. (给客户报更新数量的正常价格就行).

  As business partner we should try to help each other to grow together with reasonable profits, now we have only around 5-8% profits, we are really not allowed to offer you more discount, or you can tell me how much % discount I can offer to you from this 5-8% profits?

  lease share your best understanding that now the competition in China is becoming more and more difficult, if you could support me in this order, sure I would feedback you more in the future when you probably need from us.
