My hero- Gu Weijun

When it comes to who my hero in my heart is, I am willing to refer to a figure called Gu Weijun without hesitation。 As is known to us all, what makes us deeply-moved is the patriotism as a Chinese diplomat shown at the Paris Peace Conference。 He is such a prominent Chinese diplomat that he was kept in mind by history forever。

V。 K Wellington Koo, whose name is variously Romanized as Koo ViKyuin, Ku Weichun and Gu Weijun now and then。 He was well-known as one of Chinese representatives who served as an ambassador to France, Great Britain and the United States at the Paris Peace Conference in 1919。 It is believed that he played a crucial role in founding the league of nations and the united nations。 Above all, it is being appointed as a judge on the International Court Of Justice located in the Hague that became one of the most significant occupations that he has taken up in his lifetime。

It was not until he attended Saint John's University that he was at the age of 15。 It was of great significance for him to receive his Philosophy Doctor's degree in international law and diplomacy from Columbia University。 (好文章推荐 www.wenzhangba.com)

In 1919, it is known to us all that as a member of Chinese delegation led by foreign minister Lu Zhengxiang to the Paris Peace Conference, he demanded that Japan return Shandong to China when confronting western powers and Japan。 He also called on an end to imperialist institutions such as extraterritoriality and tariff controls, including legation guards and lease holds and so on。 To his disappointment, the western powers refused his claims finally。 As a consequence, Chinese delegation at the Paris Peace Conference was the only nation that did not sign the Treaty Of Versailles at the signing ceremony。 Koo was also involved in the formation of the league of nations as China's first representative to the newly-formed league。

For my part, the reasons why celebrities are so brilliant are that not only did they bear their targets in mind but serve the people heart and soul after achieving their goals by studying hard。 Even though they were not necessarily born in noble by birth, they really turned to undertake something outstanding that should go down in mankind history。
